All you need do is make sure that you keep all invoices, receipts, bank statements and any other information pertaining to your business activities. (See HM Revenue & Customs for further guidance) At the appropriate time we can either arrange to collect the records from you or you may want to deliver them to our office (provided you are located within a reasonable distance of course). Alternatively you may send the information via the post or via email, should it be practicable to scan the information into your computer. You can then leave the rest to us!

At any time, should you require reports on the financial position of your business, just contact us and we can provide exactly what is required using the customised reporting functions within our accounting software. Naturally, if we have agreed on a schedule for the provision of certain accounting information, we will provide such information in a timely manner.
